We ship all orders via UPS to ensure secure and trackable delivery of your items.

SECTION 1 – PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods such as holidays or sales events, processing times may be extended.

SECTION 2 – SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and delivery speed selected. We currently ship within the United States only. If you need international shipping, please contact us at info@justkskandlesandmore.orgbefore placing your order.

SECTION 3 – DELIVERY ESTIMATES

UPS shipping times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on location. Please note, delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays caused by UPS, weather, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility.

SECTION 4 – TRACKING

Once your order ships, a UPS tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. You can monitor your shipment directly via the UPS website.

SECTION 5 – INCORRECT ADDRESSES

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
