We at Just K’s Kandles & More take pride in the quality and care behind each handmade product. Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for items unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
SECTION 1 – FINAL SALE ITEMS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Candles, wax melts, or other scented items that have been opened or used.

Custom, seasonal, or personalized items.

Items purchased on sale or during promotional events.
SECTION 2 – DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@justkskandlesandmore.org with your:

Photos of the item(s) and packaging

Description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer:

A replacement item

A store credit, at our sole discretion
We reserve the right to deny any claim that falls outside the 5-day window or lacks sufficient documentation.
SECTION 3 – LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please first check with your local carrier or neighbors. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us within 5 days of the delivery confirmation date. We will assist in filing a claim with UPS but are not responsible for orders lost due to:

Incorrect shipping addresses
