Just K’s Kandles & More. accepts orders 24/7 and we ship Monday-Thursday, excluding Holidays.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. Your order will be sent via USPS Mail from Ocala, Florida. 

ORDER PROCESSING

At Just K's Kandles & More, we want to ensure that our are aware of our order processing and shipping policies. Orders are usually processed within 5-10 business days from the time the is placed, and the order ship date does not count as a day in transit. Please note that choosing Priority Mail does not necessarily mean your package will in two business days. USPS transit times are not a reflection of our processing time. Additionally, orders that contain a different shipping address from the billing address may be subject to review, which can delay shipping time. Our system tracks your IP address, so orders placed at an IP location that is different from the billing address are also subject to review. APO or FPO ADDRESSES

For APO or FPO addresses, please expect a delay in delivery. This is because the mail is delivered through a joint effort between USPS and the Military Postal Service, which requires packages to go through customs. Transit times depend on operational conditions as well as the unit of theressee. Please note that while we are not responsible packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during, we take responsibility because we understand how frustrating it can be. DAMAGED  PACKAGE

At Just K's Kandles & More, we take great care in packaging your purchase with bubble wrap and packing peanuts to ensure that it safely. However, sometimes the transit can be rough and packages may be damaged. Please note that our packages are sent via FEDEX Priority Mail and are insured. While we are not responsible for USPS handling of packages, we will work with you to remedy the situation and replace your damaged items by filing a claim with USPS. To help us with this process, please email proof of damage to info@justkskandlesandmore.org with your order number. Photos showing the extent of the damage will be greatly appreciated. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 

At Just K's Kandles & More, we want to ensure that our are aware of our policies regarding packages that have been marked as delivered but may have actually been stolen. Please note that we are not responsible packages that have been marked as delivered but are missing. If you receive confirmation that your order has been delivered but do not receive the package, please contact the shipping carrier within 24-48 hours to make arrangements. There are also instances where USPS may be holding the package for pickup but incorrectly marks it as delivered and does not leave a notice. Please check with your local USPS location to see if they are holding your package for pickup. Unfortunately, USPS may not allow you to file a claim as they have fulfilled their duty to deliver the package. In this case, you will need to file a complaint with USPS that investigates mail theft and file a police report with your local police department to notify them of the theft. RETURNS

At Just K's Kandles & More, we want to ensure that our are satisfied with their purchases Our products can be returned 15 days of the original purchase, but please note that there is a rest fee of 15% + shipping charges to help cover processing fees and handling associated with processing your return. To be eligible a return, please make sure that the product was purchased in the last15 days, is in its original packaging, and is not used or damaged.  WRONG ADDRESS

At Just K's Kandles & More, we strive to provide our customers with the best service. In the event that customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we regret to inform that we cannot be held responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong. However, we do offer the option to submit a request to intercept the delivery location, if possible. We kindly request that customers notify us immediately if they discover that the wrong address has been provided, so that we may edit the shipping before the package is ready ship. Please note that during peak shipping seasons, it may not be possible to intercept a package. Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with re-sending the package if it is marked by USPS as not deliverable or return to sender. In most cases, packages returned to sender do not return to us in a timely manner and often deliver with damaged products due to the extended transit. As a result, we will refund the order minus shipping fees associated with the attempt to ship the package. Please note that damaged products will not be replaced without additional fees. FAQs

Do you offer Exchanges & Returns?

Please contact us if you are not satisfied or happy with your purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue. In the case of a candle damaged during shipment, please reach out to FEDEX to make a claim. We need proof of the damage to send a new candle and we will file the claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages; you must also submit a claim with FEDEX. Please be sure to provide us with claim information prior to emailing us to remedy the situation.

How fragrant are Just K's Kandles?

Since we use natural soy wax, our candles will not have the same scent throw as paraffin candles or others containing additives. You will be able to achieve a nice scent in an small- large room such as a living room, bedroom, kitchen or office.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Additionally, you will receive another email when your order is out for deliver and when it has actually delivered.

Do you ship overseas or PO Boxes?

While we can ship packages to P.O. Boxes located within the United States. At this time we do not offer oversees shipping.

Can I reuse may candle Jar?

Of course! We would love to see how you re-purpose your Just K’s Kandle jars. When 1/4" of wax remains, discontinue using the candle. You can place you candle in a warm oven and allow the wax to liquefy, dump the wax, wipe and use soap and water to remove any additional residue. Our jars can be used to hold small items like pens, paper clips, q-tips, coins, a plant, and other possibilities.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders ship within 7-10 business days and usually take 2-3 days to arrive via FEDEX depending on your ship to address. We only ship Monday-Thursday due to we don’t want your order sitting over the weekend in a hot truck with the chances of the candle possibly melting before you receive it.
